1979 31 Bertram (Ceviche) for sale in Port Orange, Florida. Arguably one of the most iconic modern boats ever built. Designed by Ray Hunt and built by Richard Bertram, these 31 Bertram’s can be found all over the world. Ceviche is powered with twin Caterpillar 3116 diesels, seeing top speeds of 31knots, and cruises comfortably at 22 knots, while averaging a 1.4mpg fuel burn. These 3116’s are paired with ZF 200A transmissions and the Port side transmission was rebuilt in 2017. The middle cabin was refurnished with 100% Nidacore in 2011. This included removing the original glass windows and replacing them with screens, and adding a 700lb insulated fish/ice box on the starboard side. Not to mention the V Berth is roomy enough to accommodate two full size adults for overnight adventures. The 11’2 beam, large transom live well, and rocket launcher makes fishing off the stern very comfortable.
